Project Overview and Store Vision We are preparing to open an 18,000 sq ft neighborhood grocery store targeted for a Summer 2026 launch. Our unique concept blends the best of natural and conventional grocery items, focusing on quality, freshness, and community. The store will feature:

● A Bakery Department featuring baked goods from the best Bakeries in the region

● A full-service Seafood, Meat, and Cheese Department

● High-quality, large organic, non-GMO, and conventional Produce Department

● Walk-in Beer Cooler and extensive Wine and Spirits section

● An on-site Coffee Roasting
